THE National Insurance Commission (NAICOM), zero tolerance of underwriting firms' delay in claim settlement or outright refusal to pay claims, yielded substantial dividend last year as the industry, through the intervention of the commission, settled a total of 106 complaints involving N821.92 million claims. |
